FFC and CenTSA - Animal Health and Welfare Seminar 29th November 2017

This Seminar, jointly arranged by CEnTSA and Food and Farming Compliance Ltd, will provide an update on current Animal Health and Welfare issues. In particular the Lessons learned from the recent AI disease outbreaks. The new procedure for Slaughterhouse referrals agreed with the FSA, An outline of the new Pork, Beef and Lamb Standards and the role of quality assurance schemes in demonstrating ‘Earned Recognition’, Welfare of Animals at Time of Killing – its application, use and the powers of the LA Inspectors and the importance of intelligence led enforcement in animal health.
