This Seminar, jointly arranged by CEnTSA and Food and Farming Compliance Ltd, will provide an update on current Animal Health and Welfare issues. In particular the recently announced Farm Inspection and Regulation Review, an update on the Livestock Information Programme, The TB Review Strategy, The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 and the recent welfare cases where body scoring has been raised and an resume of the animal health and welfare legislation that will come into force on EU Exit day.
It is intended for those officers appointed to Local Authority departments who are responsible for administering and enforcing the provisions of Animal Health and Welfare legislation. The seminar is also relevant to Animal Health and Welfare, Staff of Central Government Departments and Agencies and to the FSA Official Control Personnel. It will also be of importance for the staff of Animal Charities and Quality Assurance Schemes.
